InfoComm International and NewBay Media L.L.C. recognize excellence in the integration of audio, video, control and networking products in the installation market. With "most innovative" being the deciding factor, the TPMC-8X won best control product, and the MediaManifold was honored as the best installation accessory.

CE Pro and EH Publishing named Crestron® Innovator of the Year in the 2007 CE Pro High-Impact Product (CHIP) of the Year Awards. Voted on by custom residential integrators and readers of CE Pro, the awards recognized 22 high-impact products, led by the Crestron TPMC-8X, AMS and DVPHD-PRO.

After receiving hundreds of entries, the editors of EH Publishing debated and decided on their favorite products. Judging was based on product demos, installer and user feedback and taking a chance on products we found to be promising. The Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association (CEDIA) awarded George Feldstein, President and CEO of Crestron Electronics, Inc. the CEDIA 2007 Lifetime Achievement Award. This prestigious award recognizes an individual who has exhibited outstanding, creative, innovative, and visionary leadership in the growth and advancement of the custom electronic systems industry.

Feldstein, who founded Crestron in 1971, was recognized for the exemplary contributions he has made during the course of his career, to Crestron and its employees worldwide, as well as the entire CEDIA community. From its humble beginnings, Feldstein has grown Crestron to encompass 27 offices worldwide.
