DM-RMC-100-1 DigitalMedia Room Controller
The all-new DigitalMedia Room Controller is redesigned for even easier installation. Now available, the DM-RMC-100-1 includes all the same connectivity as the previous room controller, except the connectors are relocated to either side rather than the rear of the receiver. The new design allows more flexibility for cable runs and mounting location during installation. Dealers can now pull DM Cable outside of walls and take wider bends into the room controller, while surface mounting it on any flat surface.
The DM-RMC-100-1 DigitalMedia Room Controller receives a DM signal over DM cable and outputs HDMI, while providing control and connectivity for USB HID, Ethernet, IR, RS-232, contact closures and sensors. The room controller can still be mounted to a 2-gang box if desired, but its connectivity does not require "behind-the-wall" real estate.

DM-TX-400-3G DigitalMedia Wall Plate Transmitter
The new DM-TX-400-3G provides complete AV connectivity throughout the room in a standard 3-gang wall plate. Simply plug-in Macs, PCs, Blu-ray players, cameras - most popular sources - and transmit any mix of signals long distance over DM Cable. Whether at the conference table, podium or any seat around the room, a DM transmitter is conveniently located to deliver your content to the HD display.
Available AV inputs on the DM-TX-400-3G include HDMI, VGA, component video, composite video, computer audio, SPDIF audio and stereo RCA audio. Full surround sound audio can be handled by the HDMI and SPDIF inputs. The DM-TX-400-3G supports audio breakaway, enabling video and audio to be routed independently. The USB HID port enables control of computers located remotely.

Crestron Won Two 2010 SVI Trade Awards
The winners of the third annual SVI Trade Awards were announced. Crestron technology was awarded first place honors in two categories. The TPMC-4SM 4.3" Touchpanel Media Center was honored for Best Wired Control Device. Crestron DigitalMedia™ technology was voted number one in the Best Video Distribution System category. Open exclusively to industry and trade members, the SVI Trade Awards celebrate innovation in the audio/video and custom installation industries. Winners were determined by votes from industry professionals, and will be honored at CEDIA's 2010 Home Technology Event in London.

Crestron Asia at Media-Go Open House
From 27 April to 30 April, it was Media-Go Engineering Ltd.’s Open House. Crestron Asia was delighted to support the Open House for Media-Go. With gaining support from the dedicated business partners, representatives from various sectors like hotel, government, education and commercial came to join this event.
During the open days, we emphasized the live demonstration showing the application of Crestron revolutionary DigitalMedia product line. The new Crestron DigitalMedia captured all the attention from the visitors as the complete HDMI distribution solution displayed. Crestron DigitalMedia is a total digital system solution, accepting and distributing all analog audio and video, uncompressed digital signals, HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort, HD-SDI, Ethernet and USB keyboard/mouse control. It also manages HDCP content protection, EDID resolution management and CEC device control.

New Generation of Audiovisal Technology Seminar at EMSD
Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) held a seminar of “New Generation of Audiovisual Technology” at its headquarters on 19 April 2010. Crestron Asia was very delighted to support EMSD for this event. Mr. Joseph Mak – Business Development Manager of Crestron Asia was invited as the special presenter of this seminar, sharing the innovative technology and ideas of Digital Integrated Control System with all the attendees. After the seminar, our professional engineers and sales persons conducted product demonstration along with live presentation. Through the detailed explanation and demonstration, the visitors definitely experienced the powerful functions and advantages of Crestron integrated control systems.
